The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the beach for easy access. The staff could use a bit of training; they were a bit rude at check-in. Housekeeping didn't clean the room during my stay. Breakfast options were decent and a nice perk.

Pleasant staff. Clean room. The beach-front suite was spacious, accommodating our inflatable mattress without a hitch. Convenient access to the pool and beach is a plus. Breakfast was well-prepared, but the area felt cramped. a broken toilet seat and severe parking issues marred the experience. As a handicap couple, I found the lack of designated spaces disappointing. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, dealing with my inquiries felt like an inconvenience to them. Dogs are welcome, but the pet policy could use improvement-more greenery would benefit us all. Despite the issues, I appreciate the effort to maintain the property post-hurricane. I would return, but next time, I'll ensure an ocean view.

First off, the lack of ironing facilities in the room was a bit of a bummer. I like to look sharp, you know? And when it comes to basic comforts, heating and air conditioning were spot on , we were never too hot or too cold, so that was a plus. Now, let's talk about the amenities. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a letdown for a caffeine addict like myself. On the bright side, the sitting area in the room was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. But here's the kicker , no patio or garden furniture to relax outside, which would have been lovely. As for the bathroom situation, the bathtub was a nice touch, and the free toiletries were a nice surprise. missing amenities like an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat, screen TV left something to be desired. Housekeeping was hit or miss , our room was made up inconsistently, and we had to chase after fresh towels a few times. And don't get me started on the laundry situation. We had a pile of dirty clothes piling up, but the laundry room was a no, go. La Quinta has potential, but there are definitely areas that need some TLC. Iron out those missing amenities, step up the housekeeping game, and maybe throw in a coffee maker for good measure. With a few tweaks, this place could be a real gem.

I had an amazing time soaking in the vibrant atmosphere, as this hotel is positioned right by the beach, allowing me to start my day with breathtaking sunrise views just a few steps from my room, and explore nearby gems like Ocean Walk and the lively Daytona Beach Boardwalk which are less than 2 km away, making it perfect for delightful strolls. The hotel features clean and comfortable rooms, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist, though I wish the breakfast options were a little more varied.

Chillin' by the beachside pool was lit, and the outdoor pool had this rad mushroom fountain - perfect for coolin' off. Plus, being near the Boardwalk Amusement area and other spots made it so easy to have a blast!

I chose to stay at La Quinta solely for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit in Daytona. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents who went above and beyond to assist me. The colorfully furnished breakfast dining area offering a free continental breakfast and the close proximity to restaurants and shops also added to my enjoyable experience.

Parking is extremely limited.
